Old State Realty's interactive case competitions and investment pitches will offer the opportunity for members conduct in-depth pro forma analysis, form equity waterfalls and other partnership structures in addition to debt analysis with various other sourcing techniques. All will prepare members for success after graduation.
Leadership Development
At Old State Realty, we strive to challenge the status quo and give more to our passion for commercial real estate. Through OSR's team structure, members take on more responsibility as they progress through our experienced-based learning techniques. Each member will be prepared to excel as leaders upon graduation.
Professional Development
Through alumni involvement and senior advisor seminars, Old State Realty members have access to interview prep, resume reviews, proper business norms, and much more! OSR members are taught how to successfully navigate a professional conversation and conduct business the right way.
