Luke Wagner is a junior Finance major with the Real Estate Analysis and Development Certificate from Sparks Glencoe, MD. Outside of Old State Realty, Luke is involved in the Presidential Leadership Academy, the Sapphire Leadership Academic Program, and serves as a research assistant to the Penn State ACY Alternate Inflation Index. Luke is interested in acquisitions, development, and real estate capital markets. This summer Luke will be interning at Real Projectives in acquisitions and development. In his free time, Luke likes fishing, running, and listening to country music.

Jack Hillman is a senior Economics major with a focus on quantitative methods from Frederick MD. On campus, Jack is involved in the real estate case competition course. Jack is passionate about finance, economics, and real estate capital markets. This summer he will be interning at CBRE in the capital markets division in their New York City office. In his free time, Jack enjoys golfing, cars, and reading.

Zander is interested in Mergers & Acquisitions and Debt Capital Markets. This summer Zander will be interning at Bank of America within their Private Bank Division. Ethan Snyder is a sophomore Real Estate major with the Residential Construction minor. Ethan is from Halifax, PA, where his family's golf cart business, Carts By Dean, is located. Before graduation from High School Ethan obtained his Real Estate Salesperson License and has sold over $1.5 million. Ethan is interested in LIHTC, development, and acquisitions. This summer Ethan will be continuing to work with his clients as a Realtor and interning for Aspire Wealth Management. In his free time, Ethan likes boating, traveling, and renovating houses.

In addition to Old State Realty, Hope is involved in Alpha Kappa Psi, Nittany Lion Consulting Group, Onward State, and Penn State Football. Hope is interested in acquisitions, development, and management. This summer, Hope will be interning with EQT Exeter as a financial analyst on the portfolio management team. Originally from Tampa, Florida, Hope loves being by the water and is a PADI certified Divemaster.

Anthony is a senior Finance major pursuing Real Estate Analysis originally from the San Francisco Bay Area and now lives in Florida. Anthony is involved in the real estate case competition class, and placed second in the 2023 Smeal REIT Stock Pitch Competition. Anthony is interning for Greenwood Homes, a semi-custom homebuilder and developer, along with Piedmont Realty Holdings, a real estate investment company. Anthony has also worked in the certificates of the insurance department for National Financial Partners (NFP) since 2020. Outside of class, Anthony enjoys, hiking, playing guitar, working out, and hitting the links.
